Refund policy

At Dewdrip, we take pride in the quality of our apparel. To ensure we can continue offering curated designs at the best value, we adhere to the following policies regarding returns and exchanges:

1. General Policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or style choice. We encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing an order.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective item—specifically torn fabric or printing errors—we are committed to making it right. If a defect is confirmed, you may keep the original article and choose one of the following resolutions:

Option A: Partial Refund
Receive a 50% refund of the purchase price back to your original payment method.
Option B: Replacement Article
Select a new article of your choice. If the new item is priced higher than the original, you will only be required to pay the difference.

3. The 7-Day Window

To qualify for a defect-related claim, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. Claims made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for the options listed above.

How to File a Claim

To report a defect, please contact our support team with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged area. We will review your request and process your chosen resolution within 2–7 business days.
